Companionship Care Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Companionship Caregiver to join our team at Homewatch CareGivers. As a Personal Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of our clients by building meaningful relationships, creating engaging social interactions, and assisting with daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting a sense of security and independence.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as shopping, light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Help clients with instrumental activities of daily living, including walking, washing, dressing, eating, grooming, and using the toilet.
  • Document all visits and maintain accurate records of client care.
