**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team at B Robert Bamshad MD Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting information about clients for their doctors' visits. Your primary duties will include printing lab reports, completing summaries of treatment sessions, charting doctor's appointments, submitting prescriptions electronically, and operating electronic health records.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Document patients' visits by taking accurate and detailed notes and entering them in the electronic health records system
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient documentation
* Coordinate with doctors to complete and submit medical records
* Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff
* Complete administrative tasks as requested
* Submit prescriptions electronically
**Requirements**
* High school diploma/GED or equivalent
* Previous experience as a Clinical Documentation Specialist or in a similar position
* Strong computer and transcription skills
* Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements
* Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
