We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our team. As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of project information models, which contain 3D visualizations that bring together data, drawings, and schedules associated with the design and construction phases of the project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and will be able to effectively communicate with clients, designers, and architects to ensure that projects remain efficient and effective.

The BIM Manager will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the intermediary between the client, designers, and architects
  • Working closely with BIM coordinators and other teams to produce project information models
  • Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for the project
  • Producing regular reports for senior managers to identify and measure BIM implementation
  • Managing the integration of BIM models from various disciplines to ensure a cohesive and accurate project representation
  • Providing technical support for projects using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navis program
  • Preparing all BIM standard procedures, including modeling guidelines and modeling matrix
  • Responsible for all outgoing and incoming BIM deliverables and scheduling to match the construction schedule
  • Supervising the process of model updating during the construction phase
  • Extracting material take-offs for different L.O.D.s to be used for QC, procurement, and scheduling departments
  • Reporting changes according to RFIs, coordination, and design changes to generate cost-impact analysis report
  • Leading BIM coordination meetings to discuss project updates and issues
  • Creating QC checklists for checking the models and material take-off reports

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a BIM coordination/management role within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firms
  • Profound knowledge and experience in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
  • The ability to address and resolve complex design and workflow issues effectively
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
