Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employment plans for clients, including vocational guidance, job development, job placement, and employer education.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community employers to identify job opportunities and provide support for clients.
  • Provide job coaching, career counseling, and direct care services to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve program goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including data entry and utilization of accounting software.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in employment services, mental health, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
