Job Description

As a Technical Service Specialist - F&B at Oracle, your primary focus will be delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customer base while serving as an advocate for their needs. You will be responsible for fielding and resolving non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical matters related to our Electronic Support Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement support strategies that meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle's product offerings and services, staying up-to-date with new releases and technologies.
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance support capabilities and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in technical support or a related field, with a focus on F&B management software.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts, including SQL queries and update statements, as well as familiarity with networks, PCs, and virtual machines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
