Key Responsibilities and Skills Required

Primary Duties:

Accompanies or meets with the Technician at specified locations to assist with service tasks Adheres to the guidance provided by the Service Technician to facilitate product repairs, which may include physical assistance with tools and equipment. Transports parts and supplies to the Technician as required Assists in inventory management tasks, including stock counts, receiving shipments, and dispatching items Completes assignments related to fleet management, such as preparing vehicles for new employees, transporting fleet vehicles, conducting inspections, and preparing vehicles for retirement and sale Performs additional tasks as assigned Job Qualifications: Must possess a valid Driver's License for the relevant state Must be at least 18 years old Essential Skills: Capable of physically assisting the Service Technician with the handling of appliances or equipment needing repair Flexibility to work varying hours, including overtime when necessary Ability to manage high-pressure situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment to safeguard Company and customer assets Effective communication skills to interact with both the Service Technician and customers Proficient in reading and utilizing reports as necessary Competence in reading, writing, and speaking English Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) process guidelines Consistent attendance and punctuality Strong teamwork abilities to achieve high-performance outcomes Excellent customer service capabilities Adaptability to change with the ability to implement new processes swiftly and effectively Ability to project a positive image of the Company in all interactions Strong communication and listening skills Physical capability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs (with the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally) Ability to frequently reach outward, handle and manipulate objects, and maintain various positions such as standing, walking, and sitting Ability to frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb, and crawl Ability to occasionally reach above shoulder height and type using a keyboard Ability to operate an automatic transmission vehicle Preferred Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude is advantageous
