Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team, providing 32 hours of coverage per week in the evenings.
Responsibilities- Nursing assessment and plan of care development
- Administration of medications and transcription of doctor's orders
- Coordination of patient care activities with other care team members
- Patient education and mentoring of healthcare team members
- Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
- Effective verbal, electronic, and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
- Competitive salary range: $83,455 - $121,463 per year
