### Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional-Home and Community Supports. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives in their communities.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management
* Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and community participation
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support services

### What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate: $10 per hour
* 600 sign-on bonus

### Requirements

* No experience required; six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
