We are currently seeking a Personal Insurance Account Support Specialist to enhance our Personal Lines team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers with the quoting and servicing of personal lines accounts, adhering to company practices and policies.
- Provide quotes for new, renewal, and remarketing personal lines policies, coordinating account management under the guidance of an Account Manager.
- Enter necessary data into insurance company automation systems.
- Support pre-renewal processes for Account Managers.
- Manage correspondence and clerical tasks, including applications and transactional file maintenance.
- Create renewal transmittal letters and handle invoicing.
- Develop a thorough understanding of all forms and paperwork, ensuring quality control and excellent customer service.
- Conduct business with an awareness of the company's financial implications.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets.
- Familiarity with electronic agency management systems.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
