Job Overview

Rosendin is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our electrical construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple projects. Your leadership skills, business acumen, and integrity will be essential in driving our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
  • Supervise a team of project managers and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
  • Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project.
  • Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
  • Train and supervise project assistants in the maintenance of project tracking devices.
  • Maintain liaison with prime clients and architects/engineers to facilitate construction activities.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budgets.
  • Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines.
  • Represent the company/project in meetings with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly costing reports and manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interests.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
  • Proven experience mentoring and managing others.
  • Business development and heavy client interaction a plus.
  • Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance.
  • Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player.
