Counselor III

New England Medical Group Partners, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Counselor III to join our team at our adult outpatient day treatment facility in Milford, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient care and services for a designated caseload, including group and individual services, family engagement, and coordination of treatment.
• Conduct clinical measurements and assessments to ensure a cohesive treatment experience.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, manage caseloads, and provide referrals and collateral contacts as needed.

Requirements:

• Master's degree with independent licensure (LADC 1, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related).
• At least 3 years of direct clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or substance abuse setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range ($69,000 - $74,000 DOE).
• Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
