Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of shipping and receiving associates to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including food safety and quality control.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain management role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving process improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Oracle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain management role.
  • Experience with inventory management and tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality control regulations.

Competencies

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Oracle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
