Operating from our expansive 40,000 square foot facility in Missouri City, TX, we oversee the production, sales, marketing, planning, and distribution of 3D printing filament across the North American market.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Production Packaging Specialist plays a crucial role in the labeling and packaging of products. The primary equipment utilized includes PCs and vacuum sealers.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Full Time, Hourly

The Production Packaging Specialist will report directly to the Shift Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of various packing materials including cardboard, paper, and plastic
  • Labeling and packaging of semi-finished goods
  • Operation of vacuum sealing machinery
  • Palletizing finished products
  • Utilization of pallet jacks or similar non-motorized equipment
  • Recording production rates in accordance with the shift plan and completing work order documentation
  • Documenting any equipment, material, or quality issues encountered during the shift
  • Adhering to all process work instructions
  • Complying with company environmental, health, and safety regulations
  • Exercising stop work authority in the event of unsafe conditions
  • Communicating opportunities for improvement

Key Expectations:

  • 12-hour shifts; working 3 to 4 shifts per week on an alternating schedule
  • Reliable transportation to and from the facility
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform normal movements such as walking, standing, bending, lifting, and reaching during shifts
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or refinery environment is preferred
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others
  • Open to receiving direction and feedback
  • Commitment to embracing the core values of the company

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in packaging or quality control

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Pay Range:

$14-15 per hour, based on experience, with an additional $1/hour shift differential for night shifts.
