Team Management Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Practical Nurse to join our team as a Team Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of personal care services and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resident care and supervise the delivery of personal care services
  • Implement service plans and collect data regarding the health status of residents
  • Act as a team leader for shift, coaching and counseling Care Partners on care practices and standards
  • Monitor e-call system equipment and maintain resident charts

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Licensed nurse in the State of Ohio
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Good physical health and ability to lift 40 pounds

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
