Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Team Leader - Nursing Services to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing management/supervisory experience and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

As a Healthcare Team Leader - Nursing Services, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating health services for assigned service sites and supervising the delivery of Licensed Practical Nurse services and personnel.

This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and dedicated individual who is committed to making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
• Plans, directs, and coordinates health services for assigned service sites
• Supervises the delivery of Licensed Practical Nurse services and personnel
• Assists in the implementation of facility-based medical quality assurance programs
• Provides training services as needed to staff
• Facilitates communication between and among nursing staff, direct care staff, and community medical providers

Requirements
• Related nursing management/supervisory experience required
• At least three years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse with supervisory experience or a bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing required
• Valid driver's license from state of residence
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
