We are seeking a skilled Vascular Technician to join our team at HCA HealthONE Denver Heart. As a Vascular Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, efficient care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include performing vascular ultrasonic procedures as directed by physicians, scheduling patients for procedures, explaining procedures to patients, and positioning patients and selecting the appropriate transducer. You will also be responsible for conducting scanning procedures using ultrasound equipment, taking patient history and retrieving previous files, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining equipment and supplies. Additionally, you will be required to maintain department records, reports, and files, and perform other duties as required. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of experience as an ultrasound technologist/sonographer and hold one or more of the following credentials: Registered Vascular Tech, Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. You must also have certification through ARDMS or ARRT.
