We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals at Flag Star Nursing. As an LPN with our agency, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.

You will work in community group homes in the Beaver County area, providing direct nursing care to 4-6 individuals per home during your shift. You will be required to travel between homes as needed, ensuring physician orders, medications, and treatments are carried out, and performing general health monitoring.

We believe that every individual deserves exceptional care and a warm, nurturing environment. As an LPN with our agency, you will have the opportunity to provide the highest quality of care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities
  • Travel between homes as needed to provide care
  • Ensure physician orders, medications, and treatments are carried out
  • Perform general health monitoring

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
  • Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA
  • One year of experience as an LPN preferred
  • Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities
  • CPR/BLS Certified
  • Ability to communicate effectively
