Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role at Avera involves delivering compassionate nursing care in a clinic setting while fostering long-term relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in caring for patients in the clinic setting
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of South Dakota
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks
