Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute specific tasks within the assembly process, adhering to established Standard Work Processes.
- Engage in repetitive assembly tasks, including the attachment of pre-manufactured components to ensure product integrity.
- Prepare items for shipment and assist in material handling during the shipping and receiving process.
- Communicate effectively with the Team Leader regarding any defective parts or equipment that may disrupt the assembly workflow.
- Strive to minimize waste and optimize the use of time and materials.

Qualifications:
- Must be available for 2nd shift work (training on 1st shift may be required).
- A minimum of 3 months of relevant assembly experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions effectively.

Schedule:
- Second Shift: 7:00 PM - 3:45 AM
- Overtime may be required as scheduled.
