Job Overview:
Join our team at ResourceMFG as a vital member of our assembly department. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the 2nd shift to contribute to our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in a collaborative manufacturing environment that prioritizes teamwork, safety, and continuous training.
- Adhere to established Standard Work Processes while performing designated tasks in the assembly line.
- Execute repetitive assembly tasks, including the attachment of pre-manufactured components to ensure product integrity.
- Prepare items for shipment and manage the shipping and receiving of materials.
- Report any defective parts or equipment to the Team Leader to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Strive to minimize waste and optimize the use of time and materials.

Qualifications:
- Availability to work the 2nd shift (initial training on the 1st shift may be required).
- Preferred experience of at least 3 months in a relevant assembly role.
- Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions effectively.

Schedule:
- Second Shift: 7:00 PM - 3:45 AM
- Overtime may be required as scheduled.
