About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Ulta Beauty Consultant to join our team at Target. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with guests, and driving sales through personalized product recommendations and expert knowledge of beauty products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with guests to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and services to provide expert recommendations to guests
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on new products and services
Requirements
  • 12+ months of previous beauty retail experience
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals and objectives
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
