Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Representative to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of medical supplies and equipment. This rewarding opportunity allows you to work closely with our Pharmacy team and gain experience in the growing home health/home infusion field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper rotation and maintenance of inventory
  • Assist in the purchasing of medical supplies and equipment
  • Follow processes for inventory control measures, including receiving, stocking, and regular cycle inventory cycle counts to maintain proper levels
  • Pick and pull medical supplies and equipment for patient orders, in preparation for shipment and delivery of product to a patient's home or to other pharmacy branch locations
  • Work closely with UPS, Federal Express, and multiple transportation vendors to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
Requirements
  • Minimum one year warehouse experience
  • Minimum one year customer service experience
  • Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs
  • Ability to work on feet for an 8 hour shift
Preferred Qualifications
  • Motorized warehouse equipment experience (Forklift, powered pallet jacks)
  • Medical warehouse or healthcare experience
  • Experience with SAP inventory systems or similar platforms
  • Experience with Epic medical systems or similar platforms
