Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team at LabCorp. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and being the face of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
  • Enter patient information into our system accurately and efficiently
  • Provide superior customer service to all patients
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record (if applicable)
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred)
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist (preferred)
