Job Summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on the second shift. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of CNC machine tools to produce pump parts and instruments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines, primarily lathes, to produce high-precision parts and instruments.
  • Carry out operational tasks by following established processes and procedures.
  • Maintain and repair equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Interpret and use precision measuring equipment and instruments, such as micrometers and dial indicators.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in machining, preferably in a manufacturing or repair environment.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances.
Preferred Experience/Skills
  • EIA Program and Mazak Troll experience.
  • Verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
  • Planning and organizing skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Health and safety knowledge to ensure a safe working environment.
