Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines, primarily lathes, to produce high-precision parts and instruments.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Meet quality standards and regulatory requirements through precise measurements and inspections.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in machining, preferably in a manufacturing or repair environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanics, mathematics, and metal properties.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with EIA Program and Mazak Troll.
  • Excellent verbal communication and planning skills.
  • HS Diploma or GED and relevant experience.
