About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to care for critically ill patients with neurological diagnoses such as neurotrauma, status epilepticus, stroke, and spinal cord injury.
As a Registered Nurse in our Neuro ICU, you will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Care for patients with complex comorbidities and multisystem organ involvement
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Engage in unit-based research efforts recognized globally
- Participate in flexible/unit-based schedules that do not require floating to other units

Requirements- BSN preferred
- Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse is required
- Neuro and critical care experience are preferred, but candidates with experience in general acute care and demonstrating a strong interest in the neuroscience specialty will also be considered
- This position requires you to work a day/night rotation shift
