Job Description

As a Appointment Scheduler, you will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle from our dealership. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Providing initial product information and directing customers to relevant resources
  • Presenting financing options based on customer needs
  • Following up with leads to ensure appointment scheduling
  • Collaborating with sales teams and dealership management to achieve sales goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least one previous role in strong customer service experience
  • Team player attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Enthusiastic personality with a passion for customer satisfaction
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in CRM systems
  • Bilingualism is a plus
