Job Summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a skilled RF Systems Engineer to join our team. As an RF Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing wireless network systems for our clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement wireless network systems for clients
Create and modify polygon designs for small cell clusters and macro solutions
Review existing site hardware configurations and determine necessary modifications
Update Atoll with design changes and notify project managers of new nodes or changes
Create Fuze projects for sites and nodes, including documentation for clients
Review candidates and work with real estate to prioritize and implement site walks
Finalize all details and complete as-needed tasks in Fuze
Stay compliant with regulatory requirements and submit necessary documents

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in RF Engineering or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in RF design
Strong understanding of FCC compliance standards and regulatory submissions
Experience with Atoll, Fuze, and other relevant tools
Excellent communication and technical skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Client's tools, including Fuze SPM, Conquest, and Fuze Planning/Canvas
Knowledge of IXUS RF Safety Software and other EME reporting tools
Understanding of 5G C-Band spectrum
