Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Systems Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our systems team, you will provide technical direction and design to software agile development teams, and other Engineering personnel. Your expertise in software development lifecycle using Agile methodology, Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), and RF domain experience will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Algorithm development and prototypes
  • Support in a software development systems engineering role using Agile methodology
  • Interact with customers and end-users
  • Provide and briefing status to program management and customers
Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
  • Active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiar with Xmidas
  • Experience with Agile development as it applies to software development
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of administration
