Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at GPM Investments, LLC. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our convenience store by leading a team of skilled and enthusiastic store crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee all store operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a motivated and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide inspirational feedback and coaching to team members, promoting growth and development.
  • Manage employee schedules, inventory, and financial aspects, ensuring the store runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Take charge of store maintenance, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for customers and employees alike.
  • Step in for the Store Manager as needed, ensuring continuity and smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older (21 years of age for all other states)
  • Access to a car or other motorized vehicle
  • Liability insurance on such vehicle
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills
  • Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
