  • Operate the hotel computer system, Micros, to manage orders and inventory.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including side work and restocking/replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
  • Adhere to hotel grooming standards and engage guests in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Resolve guest complaints and perform service recover when required.

**Requirements:**
  • High school education/GED.
  • Previous experience as a bartender, with on-the-job training provided.
  • Ability to pass TIPS certification/alcohol awareness training and food handler training.
  • Knowledge or ability to operate a computer.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
