Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pawn Broker / Sales Associate to join our team at Queen of Pawns 14. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, securing loans, and making sales of various items in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
  • Transaction Management: Accurately use our Pawn Master system for all transactions, including pawn loans, sales, and layaways.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and stored, and pull items from storage as needed for display.
  • Security and Safety: Actively participate in security procedures and follow safety protocols to maintain a secure and safe work environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills required for accurate transaction processing.
