Fundera, a leading financial resource for small businesses, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our small business customers, understanding their financial needs, and managing the process towards funding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing the deal.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Fundera's sales process, product suite, and basic qualifying material.
  • Build strong relationships with lenders in our network to identify opportunities and serve as a liaison between lenders and small business owners.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
Requirements
  • 0-4 years of direct sales experience.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a pipeline with consistent performance against various KPIs/sales metrics.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and autonomously manage time.
  • Comfortable and resilient in conversations with business owners from all walks of life.
  • Excited by and thrive in a fast-paced inside sales environment.
