About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As an Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialist, you'll be responsible for assessing patients' conditions and creating personalized treatment plans to promote healing and enhance functional independence.
Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our patients overcome physical challenges and achieve their goals. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that every patient receives comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Conduct daily assessments and progress reports to monitor patients' progress
- Develop and implement exercise programs to promote strength, flexibility, and mobility
- Maintain accurate records of patient data and treatment plans
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Valid CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We're proud to offer a competitive salary of $83,000 - $118,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also offer:
