As an Ambulatory Clinical Director with Providence, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our outpatient services. You will work closely with our medical staff, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care possible.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with experience in managing complex patient populations and developing effective clinical practices. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our team members to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in nursing leadership, preferably in an ambulatory care setting
- Current RN licensure in Oregon
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association
