We're seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist to join our team at Barracuda Networks Inc. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud security and a passion for helping businesses protect themselves from cyber threats.

As a Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with our sales team to provide expert advice on cloud-enabled security solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining current and accurate account and contact information within internal databases, assisting with complex quotes, and working alongside our Sales Operations Team to scale fixes and enhancements that improve the renewals workflow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Americas Renewals Team with quoting and order building
  • Maintaining current and accurate account and contact information within internal databases
  • Helping with complex quotes
  • Working alongside our Sales Operations Team to scale fixes and enhancements that improve the renewals workflow
  • Testing new features and procedures for system improvement implementation

Requirements:

  • Experience using CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products
