We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician II - Certified IV to join our team at Cone Health. This role will perform specialized functions necessary to assist pharmacists in providing safe, efficient, and cost-effective services.
Key Responsibilities- Compound hazardous and non-hazardous IV medications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Document regulatory tasks, including daily and weekly cleaning, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist pharmacists in medication preparation by preparing, labeling, and organizing prescriptions.
- Maintain inventory levels to ensure equipment is available as needed by pharmacy staff.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to provide a positive experience that meets patient needs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Pharmacy Technician certification through PTCB or NHA prior to hire.
- Registered with the NC Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire.
