Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled Associate Photographer to support our marketing efforts by capturing high-quality 3D virtual tours and footprints. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of photographs and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support marketing efforts by capturing 3D virtual tours and footprints
- Create a portfolio of photographs to showcase properties in the best possible light
- Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands
- Communicate effectively with clients, sales teams, and management to prioritize tasks and initiatives
- Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed
- Abide by safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Qualifications:
- Experience working as a professional photographer or a degree in photography
- At least 2 years of professional experience, with field experience preferred
- Experience with Matterport is highly valued, but we'll teach qualified candidates
- Ability to accurately capture and enter data
- Quick learning skills and ability to apply new concepts such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Apps
Physical Requirements:
- Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day
- Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment weighing up to 5 pounds
- Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment
- Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying to perform job functions
- Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons
- Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule
