Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician at Stericycle, you will be responsible for performing all maintenance functions, including preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on all buildings and grounds and all plant machinery and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform all maintenance functions, including preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on all buildings and grounds and all plant machinery and equipment.
* Diagnose and repair equipment and machinery, including electrical and mechanical systems.
* Perform routine, preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance on a variety of machinery within the plant, including autoclave process equipment, air pollution control devices, pumps, hydraulic systems, and electrical generator systems.
* Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance programs and procedures to ensure the highest level of operational readiness.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives and priorities.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
