About the Role

Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in various healthcare settings. As a CNA for Interim HealthCare Duluth, you'll have the opportunity to work in different facilities, meet new people, and gain valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to patients, including bathing, toileting, and dressing
  • Assist with daily needs, such as eating, nutritional intake, and ambulation
  • Monitor patient vitals, intake/output, and blood glucose levels
  • Document any changes or issues requiring attention from a supervisor
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Minnesota
  • Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a medical facility
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
