Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement resident care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Hold an active RN license in the state where the practice of nursing is occurring.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
