About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Consultant to join our team at Charles Schwab. As a Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and advice to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial planning and wealth management services to clients, including investment advice, retirement planning, and estate planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans for clients, taking into account their risk tolerance, investment objectives, and time horizon.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions, providing clients with informed and timely advice.
  • Collaborate with other Schwab professionals to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
  • Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance is required during tenure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other professionals.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.
