Your Role and Impact
In the capacity of a Senior Information Security Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the management of our Third Party Security Program. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Driving program management through advanced tools such as O365, Qlik, and Budibase.
  • Enhancing the functionality and integration of our repository systems.
  • Identifying opportunities for program integration and process optimization.
  • Collaborating with various partners across support groups and operational teams to find effective solutions.
  • Developing key project metrics to measure progress and value towards organizational goals.
  • Creating a project tracking tool to monitor program initiatives.
  • Designing a reporting dashboard to visualize progress towards goals.
  • Leading the development of a reporting framework and generating metrics for leadership.
  • Partnering with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure alignment with enterprise initiatives.
  • Creating training materials and communication plans to promote program execution across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with web design tools such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Microsoft O365, Flow, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online, including site design and tool integration.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as JSON and PowerShell.
  • Database design experience and SQL skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey security and risk concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues and make informed decisions.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and a growth mindset.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually, plus bonuses and benefits. We prioritize the well-being of our colleagues and offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
