Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Bravo Recruiting Solutions Corp. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to provide high-quality care to patients.

The LPN will be responsible for assisting with patient assessments, administering medications, performing wound care, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide patient-centered care
  • Perform basic nursing procedures, such as taking vital signs, dressing wounds, and administering medications
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, feeding, and ambulating
  • Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Adhere to all nursing standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in Georgia


CPR certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must be compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

Work Environment:
Rehabilitation center

Shift Options:
Day shift
Evening shift
Night shift

Schedule:
Choose your own hours
Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
Weekends as needed

License/Certification:
LPN License (Required)

Work Location:
In person

This position is located in Savannah, GA
