Electra Link is a leading provider of cabling solutions for commercial settings. We are seeking an experienced High Voltage Installation Specialist to join our team and take on the challenge of installing various types of cabling.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with heights. As a High Voltage Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for pulling, testing, and terminating cabling, as well as installing support structures such as ladders, racks, and j-hooks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull, test, and terminate various types of cabling, ensuring high-quality installations that meet our strict standards;
  • Work collaboratively with the team lead to ensure project success and deliver results-driven solutions;
  • Install support structures, including ladders, racks, and j-hooks, to maintain a safe and efficient work environment;
  • Operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other equipment to access hard-to-reach areas;
  • Perform cabling work in commercial new construction environments, adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices;
  • Proficiently use hand tools, such as drills, screwdrivers, snips, and levels, to complete tasks efficiently;
Requirements:
  • Flexibility with availability and willingness to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines;
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations;
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients;
  • Ability to lift and move 50lbs or more and stay mobile throughout the day;
  • Must pass a criminal history check and drug test to ensure a safe working environment;
  • Strong mechanical aptitude preferred, with the ability to work unsupervised and make sound decisions;
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States;
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required;
  • OSHA 10 Certification is a plus, but not mandatory;
