Care Services Coordinator

With a Little Help, a recognized leader in in-home care services, is looking for a committed Client Services Coordinator (or Manager) to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in generating leads, onboarding new clients, and ensuring the effective delivery of top-notch care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing referral sources.
- Conduct initial client inquiry calls to assess suitability for our services.
- Generate leads, perform preliminary in-home assessments, and facilitate client sign-ups.
- Assist in pairing caregivers with clients, discussing care plans, and providing ongoing support.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure the implementation of care plans and uphold quality standards.
- Keep accurate and current client records and documentation.
- Monitor client progress and promptly address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver exceptional support to clients and caregivers.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote our services within the community.
- Be part of the on-call rotation for after-hours support, typically one week per month.
- As a small organization, we support one another. Other tasks may include cross-training in various operational roles such as applicant phone screenings, caregiver support, coaching, and general office assistance.
- Experience and willingness to provide occasional caregiving support is a plus.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Work Schedule:
- 40+ hours per week

- Experience in Home Care Client Services; other healthcare or social services experience will be considered, with prior caregiving experience being advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, and a solid understanding of computer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively via phone and email.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass a criminal background check.
- This position may require travel to clients' homes, necessitating a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
