Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as directed by a Registered Nurse
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and services
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
- Licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State and/or Connecticut
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Salary Range: $30-$55/hour
