About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Inventory Specialist to manage our wholesale inventory effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate stock levels, fulfilling customer demands, and contributing to our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management: Receive and verify shipments, update records, and maintain organized storage areas.
  2. Order Fulfillment: Expedite orders for customers, including 'will call' requests and counter salesmen needs.
  3. Record Keeping: Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions and updates to inventory levels.
  4. Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the receipt and dispatch of parts, maintaining clear communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma: Essential for this role.
  • Dealership Experience: One year of experience in a similar position preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using the parts department computer system and calculator.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
