We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Performance Advisor to join our team.

The Senior Healthcare Performance Advisor will be responsible for leading the delivery of data analysis and reporting for assigned clients, analyzing and recommending solutions for client documentation improvement processes, and coaching clients on the use of Solventum's web-based reporting tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare data analysis, report writing, and verbal presentations, as well as experience in clinical nursing, health information management, and/or healthcare finance.

The Senior Healthcare Performance Advisor will also be responsible for managing key client relationships, presenting analytical results in an organized and meaningful approach to client members, and identifying process improvement opportunities within the team.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed in this role include experience in inpatient coding, outpatient coding, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), and/or chart audit, as well as knowledge and expertise in outpatient clinical documentation integrity, risk adjustment payment methodologies, ambulatory revenue cycle, and professional/physician services (coding and reimbursement).

Work location: Remote

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic
