Sales Manager Job Description

  • Oversee the sales contract approval process to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Implement market-wide programs to drive sales and customer engagement
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a team of sales professionals
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
